Personalized Teacher Tote Bags, One Name at a Time

Room parents and PTA volunteers use this collection to put together one gift bag for every teacher on the staff list. The teacher tote bags here are plain cotton and canvas totes we print to order, and each bag can carry a different name — so the third-grade team doesn't end up with six identical bags. Orders start at 5 pieces, and every order gets a free digital proof before anything goes to print.

Cotton Weights and Sizes

Most totes in this collection are 14" x 16" (35 x 40 cm), which holds a laptop, a binder, and a water bottle. What changes between styles is the fabric:

140 g/m² lightweight cotton — from $5.16, the practical pick for a long staff list
220 g/m² cotton gabardine — from $6.16, including a gray tote at $8.34 and a zippered black tote at $8.68
320 g/m² canvas — $7.52 in natural and $8.78 in black, the sturdiest of the three

There is also a 10" x 14" long-handle mini tote at $4.50 for smaller thank-you gifts, and a fuchsia canvas backpack in 10" x 13" (25 x 32 cm) at $10.73. If you are buying totes for students rather than staff, start from back to school tote bags instead.

Turn One Tote Into a Gift Set

Most schools pair the tote with a canvas-cover notebook. The 6" x 8" personalized notebook is $12.38, an 80-blank-page version is also $12.38, and the A5 canvas-cover notebook with numbered cover options is $14.93 — all in custom canvas cover notebooks. Adding an 8" x 4" zippered case from canvas pencil pouches fills out the bag without pushing the per-teacher cost much higher.

Names, Messages, and School Logos

Send a name list, a short thank-you line, or your school's logo by email after checkout and we lay out each bag for you. The digital proof shows every variation, teacher by teacher, and nothing prints until you approve it. A single-line name and a full-color logo both work on the same tote, so a grade-level gift and a school-wide one can run in the same order.

Teacher Appreciation Week, End of Year, or Day One

Three moments drive most of these orders: Teacher Appreciation Week in early May, end-of-year thank-yous in June, and welcome gifts handed out in the first week back. Printing runs on production time, so confirm the turnaround on your order before you commit to a hand-out date.
